- All Functional Medicine Visits: $175 per visit.
- Initial Visit: Normally $350, but we’re offering 50% off for the first 3 months of 2025—making it $175.
- Functional Medicine Fee: We will bill your insurance for the visit, but you will be responsible for paying an additional fee to cover the extra time and personalized care. This fee varies depending on your insurance carrier. For example, if your insurance typically pays $65 for a visit, you will be responsible for paying the remaining $110.
- Insurance Coverage: We bill insurance for functional medicine visits, but note that this service is not typically covered by most insurance plans. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid for any functional or boutique services.
- Note: Labs and medications are not included in the visit cost and are billed separately. We offer affordable lab packages, and we will submit claims for lab work to your insurance company. We also provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
